Na de publikaties in de media wat het Britse vorstenhuis aan EU landbouwsubsidies opstrijkt, ( niet slechts de ruim 240.000 Euro, zoals vermeld,  maar een totaal van ruim 3 miljoen Euro) , de stakkers moeten uiteindelijk hun tractoren ook  laten roken, komt ook het verhaal weer boven over onze eigen moeder des vaderlands, die het ook al niet zo breed meer heeft en dus genoodzaakt is terug te vallen op dit financiële steuntje in de rug.

 Laten wij eens zien, wat hier in 2002 al over gevraagd werd in het EU parlement :

 European farm subsidy for the Netherlands royal family

According to a report in the Volkskrant newspaper on 16 July 2002 under the headline ‘Beatrix looks forward to Balkenende’s arrival’, Queen Beatrix told a group of Members of the Netherlands Second Chamber in February 1999 that the Netherlands royal house had received European subsidies for planting an olive grove at the Netherlands royal family’s country estate at Porto Ercole in Italy.

1. Can the Commission confirm that the Netherlands royal house has received subsidies for planting an olive grove at Porto Ercole, Italy?

 2. Does the Netherlands royal house receive other kinds of European subsidies, from the agricultural fund or from other funds (such as the European Social Fund)?

 3. Is the subsidy to the Netherlands royal house granted under Article 33, paragraph 1(b) of the Treaty of Rome, which says that one of the objectives of the common agricultural policy is ‘to ensure a fair standard of living for the agricultural community, in particular by increasing the individual earnings of persons engaged in agriculture’? If not, on the basis of what objective was it paid?

4. Does the Commission agree that insofar as any financial aid is granted to the agriculture sector it should be restricted to small farms with low incomes, and that even the ceiling of € 300 000 proposed by Commissioner Fischler is too high in some cases?

5. Does the Commission share the view that a decision to grant a subsidy should at least be based on an income and means test? Is it prepared to revise its plans accordingly?

The Commission is collecting the information it needs to answer the question. It will communicate its findings as soon as possible.

En u begrijpt dat wij nog steeds op het antwoord zitten te wachten. Maar wij kunnen u geruststellen, via een kleine omweg werd de landbouw subsidie inderdaad verleent en ook nadat de Gelukkige Olifant in Porto Ercole verkocht werd en de familie verhuisde naar Tavarnelle, is het ook  daar goed boeren, want naar wij uit lokale bronnen vernamen, wordt er toch jaarlijks bijna een ton aan Euro’s bijgeschreven. Zo ziet u maar weer, wie het kleine niet eert is  het …… ja grote niet weerd, ofschoon dat in dit geval zeer betrekkelijk is.

Maar mevrouw von Amsberg hoeft zich nu gelukkig geen zorgen meer te maken, dat er nog in de pers komt te staan of en zo ja, hoeveel Eurootjes  zij uit Brussel ontvangt want het EU gerechtshof heeft onlangs besloten dat het  bekend maken van de gegevens van  persoonlijke ontvangers inmiddels  is verboden, slechts de namen van natuurlijke personen dus bedrijven enz. mogen nog bekend gemaakt worden en zo weten wij dat b.v. Nestlé een van de grootste ontvangers is van de Europese landbouwsubsidie. Lees hier de officiële bekendmaking. Want zoals wij u nog zullen laten zien, lopen er zeer veel EU parlementsleden met potten “gesubsidieërde boter” op hun hoofd.

In its judgment in Joined Cases C-92/09 and 93/09 concerning the obligation to publish information on the beneficiaries of European agricultural funds, the Court of Justice of the European Union concluded that publishing personal data relating to natural persons without drawing a distinction based on relevant criteria such as the periods during which those persons have received such aid, or the frequency or nature and amount thereof, is not proportionate. Consequently, the Court declared that the relevant provisions are invalid.

For reasons of transparency and pending the adoption by Parliament and Council of new rules taking account of the objections expressed by the Court, Regulation (EC) No 259/2008 has therefore been amended limiting the obligation to publish information on the beneficiaries of CAP payments to legal persons.

Maar lezers het is natuurlijk te gek voor woorden dat een familie die geen cent belastingen betaalt, bovendien een afgedwongen inkomen geniet plus een riante onkostenvergoeding zich niet diep en diep schaamt voor het bijgrabbelen van nog een paar centen, waarbij de noodzaak om olijven of wijnstokken te planten volkomen aan ons voorbijgaat.

Maar dit typeert de houding van een kleine groep mensen in eigen en in het  buitenland, die menen dat zij daar het volk ze niet op de vingers tikt, ongestoord door kunnen gaan met de mazen van de wet op te zoeken en hiervan volop MISBRUIK te maken. Waarom zeggen wij MISBRUIK ? Omdat in tegenstelling tot wat er in het bedrijfsleven aan creatief boekhouden gedaan wordt, deze mensen rommelen met afgedwongen privileges. Nu betaalt het Britse vorstenhuis nog een paar centjes belastingen, maar zoals u weet is dat in ons land niet het geval. Maar net zo erg vinden wij de in feite misbruik maken van het PGB. Zoals wij reeds schreven ontvangt Maria van der Hoeven 30.000 Euro PGB, terwijl zij middels een baan in Parijs, dus zo diep zit de liefde voor haar aan Alzheimer lijdende man niet, ook nog eens bijna 3 ton verdient. Cees Veerman, onze ex minster van landbouw  rommelde met landbouwsubsiduies in Frankrijk, en dacht u niet dat onze brave Job Cohen vanwege zijn zieke vrouw ook niet een PGB potje heeft ?

Wij gunnen ieder het zijne, maar enig eergevoel is wel op zijn plaats en dat ontbreekt in feite iedere politicus die eenmaal aan het grote geld geroken heeft en merkt hoe gemakkelijk en ONGESTRAFD je van de honingpotten MISBRUIK kunt maken.

Een flinke portie fraude in je C.V. is de beste manier om vooruit te komen in de ( Nederlandse ) polititiek en in feite is er sinds de laatse 2000 jaar niets veranderd. Af en toe even een korte oprisping d.m.v. een opstand of revolutie en dan gaat het verhaal weer gewoon door.
